NoVisaFee ("we," "us") is a document-preparation service. By paying for or using any part of this service — the free chat widget, the paid eligibility assessment, or the document-prep package — you agree to these terms.
NoVisaFee provides:
NoVisaFee is not a law firm and does not employ licensed immigration consultants. We do not file applications, represent you before any government agency or consulate, or guarantee any outcome. Nothing we say — in the free chat widget, the paid assessment, or the document-prep package — is legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying current requirements against the destination country's official government source and for submitting your own application.
Canadian immigration advice legally requires a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or lawyer, which we are not. For Canada, we offer document assembly only — organizing your paperwork against IRCC's own published checklist. We never assess your Canadian eligibility, predict a Canadian outcome, or give Canada-specific immigration advice, regardless of how a question is phrased. If you need that, consult a licensed RCIC or lawyer.
A "Likely" or "Borderline" screening verdict is our honest professional-style read of your case — it is not a prediction we can guarantee and never means approval is certain. Only the destination country's consulate or immigration authority decides your actual application.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Prices are as stated at checkout at the time of payment. The $10 assessment is non-refundable regardless of the verdict reached — see our Refund Policy for the $999 package's refund conditions, which are the only conditions under which money is returned.
Each paid stage grants you a time-limited window and a message allowance (shown to you at the time you pay) to complete that stage. If you run out of either before finishing, we extend access at no extra charge for the package/travel-history/Canada stages; a lapsed assessment requires a new $10 payment to restart, since it is billed per screening. We reserve the right to reasonably extend or adjust these limits without notice — never to reduce what you already paid for.
You agree to provide truthful information. Submitting fabricated documents, false financial information, or a fraudulent refusal letter to try to obtain a positive verdict or a refund voids any refund guarantee and may be reported where required by law. Abusive, threatening, or harassing messages toward our staff or systems are not tolerated and may result in your access being terminated without a refund of unused access.
The paid assessment and document-prep conversation currently run on Telegram. We may change, add, or retire communication channels over time; if we do, we will provide a way to continue an in-progress paid session. The free chat widget on this website is separate and always available here regardless of which channel hosts the paid conversation.
How we collect, store, and use your information — including any documents you send us — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that any application prepared with our help will be approved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific stage giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to awaisf430@gmail.com.
