Non-refundable, regardless of the result. This fee pays for the assessment itself — a real, honest evaluation of your case — not for a particular verdict. Whether the result is "likely," "borderline," or "not a good candidate right now," the work was done and the fee is not returned.
This package is refunded according to the table below. The distinction is simple: we stand behind our guidance when it's followed. We can't stand behind an application we didn't actually help build.

Same principle as the $999 package: full refund if you provided everything requested and it was still refused (rare for this tier); reduced or no refund if you didn't follow through on what was asked or changed the application materially from what was advised.
This service is document organization only, not immigration advice — we are not a licensed RCIC or lawyer, and Canadian law reserves immigration advice for those who are. Because of that, this guarantee works differently from the ones above: it is refunded based on our workmanship, never on IRCC's decision.

Message the same WhatsApp number with your visa decision (a screenshot of the refusal letter if you have one). We'll review the conversation record and confirm your refund status within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
This refund covers only the $999 NoVisaFee package fee. It does not cover consulate/embassy application fees, biometrics fees, courier costs, or any other third-party expense — those are paid directly to the relevant government or vendor and are non-refundable by us regardless of outcome.
No one — not us, not a lawyer, not a licensed immigration consultant — can guarantee a visa will be approved. The guarantee here is financial: if it's refused under the conditions above, you get your money back. It is not, and cannot be, a promise about the consulate's decision.
