Refund Policy

The $10 Eligibility Assessment

Non-refundable, regardless of the result. This fee pays for the assessment itself — a real, honest evaluation of your case — not for a particular verdict. Whether the result is "likely," "borderline," or "not a good candidate right now," the work was done and the fee is not returned.

The $197 Guaranteed Document-Prep Package

This package is refunded according to the table below. The distinction is simple: we stand behind our guidance when it's followed. We can't stand behind an application we didn't actually help build.

SituationRefund
You provided every document requested, submitted the application as advised, and it was refused. 100%
You missed or delayed a document we clearly requested, but the application was still submitted and was refused. 50%
You submitted something materially different from what we advised (different documents, different story, different timing) and it was refused. 0%
You gave inaccurate information during the eligibility interview that affected our guidance. 0%
Your visa was approved. No refund — the package worked.
You never submitted an application at all. 0% — the guarantee covers a refusal, not a change of plans. Contact us if your situation genuinely changed; handled case by case.
What counts as "requested" and "provided": every document we ask for during your WhatsApp conversation is a matter of record in that chat. If a request and your response to it are both in the transcript, that's the record we use to decide a refund — for you and for us.

How to claim

Message the same WhatsApp number with your visa decision (a screenshot of the refusal letter if you have one). We'll review the conversation record and confirm your refund status within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Government fees and other costs

This refund covers only the $197 NoVisaFee package fee. It does not cover consulate/embassy application fees, biometrics fees, courier costs, or any other third-party expense — those are paid directly to the relevant government or vendor and are non-refundable by us regardless of outcome.

Not a guarantee of approval

No one — not us, not a lawyer, not a licensed immigration consultant — can guarantee a visa will be approved. The guarantee here is financial: if it's refused under the conditions above, you get your money back. It is not, and cannot be, a promise about the consulate's decision.
