NoVisaFee is a WhatsApp-based visa document-preparation service: a paid eligibility
assessment, followed by an optional paid document-prep package. This policy explains what data
we collect and how it's used.
What we collect
Your WhatsApp phone number, used to identify your session and deliver replies.
The text or voice messages you send us, and our replies — including your answers during
the eligibility interview and any documents/details you describe during the document-prep
stage. This is kept as your conversation record, which also serves as the record used to
resolve any refund claim.
Payment confirmation from Stripe when you pay for the assessment or package. We do not
receive or store your card number — Stripe handles payment details directly.
How your data is processed
To run the service, your messages are sent to the following processors:
Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — message transport.
Anthropic (Claude) — generates the eligibility screening and document-prep
replies; may run web searches against public sources to check current visa fees, document
rules, or processing times.
OpenAI (Whisper) — transcribes voice messages to text.
ElevenLabs — converts text replies to voice notes.
Stripe — processes the assessment and package payments.
Upstash — hosts the database storing your session state.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
Retention
Your phone number, conversation history, and session status are stored for up to 180 days
after your last message — longer than a typical chat service, because your conversation record
is also the basis for resolving refund claims under our refund
policy. It's then automatically deleted. To request earlier deletion, email us at the address
below (note: deleting your record before a refund claim is resolved may affect our ability to
verify it).
